Why do things happen the way they do in our lives? How do we create the causes for a happy life? Venerable Thubten Chodron continues a series of teachings over Memorial Day weekend on "Good Karma: How to Create the Causes of Happiness and Avoid the Causes of Suffering", a commentary on "The Wheel of Sharp Weapons" by Indian sage Dharmarakshita.
Ven. Thubten Chodron continues her remarkable personal commentary with Volume 3 in the Library of Wisdom and Compassion, co-authored by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Ven. Thubten Chodron.
During these difficult times, afflictive emotions are part of our reality. Ven. Chodron will help us understand their nature and causes and will give us tools for working with them: June 1, "Working with fear and anxiety" and June 8, "Working with anger". On Zoom for Ganden Shedrup Ling in Puerto Rico, with simultaneous Spanish translation.
