Staying Calm in the Face of Challenges
with Ven. Thubten Chodron

Saturday, May 18

6:30 pm Pacific Time

Abbess teaches.

It’s easy to talk about having equanimity, but once we’re faced with problems, we revert to our old habits of worry and anxiety. How do we cultivate inner strength so we are not overwhelmed when difficulties arise?

Join Buddhist nun Venerable Thubten Chodron for an in-person talk and Q&A session on how to keep our minds balanced even in challenging circumstances.
