September 1 - September 4

Labor Day Weekend Retreat
with Geshe Dadul Namgyal

September 1-4

In person and online

Geshe says goodbye to guest.
Geshe Dadul Namgyal continues the series of Labor Day retreats on the six perfections. The six perfections—also translated as the six far-reaching practices or the six paramitas — describe the methods that bodhisattvas transform their minds into the mind of a buddha, a fully awakened one. These six practices are generosity, ethical conduct, fortitude or patience, joyous effort, concentration, and wisdom.

Venerable Chodron taught on the perfection of generosity in 2020 and 2021. Watch those teachings here.

The retreat includes teachings, meditation, and facilitated discussion.
