In these divisive times, harmony seems elusive, and kindness and compassion are in short supply. Thankfully, there are practices we can do to increase our ability to stay connected to others, no matter how different we may be.

In these talks, Abbey monastics will share some of their meditation and thought-training practices to keep the heart open and calm in difficult interactions and situations.

Each session will include a short, guided meditation to relax, followed by a talk, and some time for Q-A and discussion. No meditation background is needed.
