According to Buddhism, all our sufferings stem from the way we apprehend things as existing intrinsically. Realizing emptiness cuts the root of our suffering and frees us completely. Venerable Sangye Khadro will help us grasp this complex but vital topic. She will explain how to understand emptiness through simple examples and how to use this understanding in our daily problems.
These teachings are geared towards people relatively new to Buddhism for whom the concept of emptiness is still fuzzy or murky. Venerable Sangye Khadro being a great scholar and practitioner, all attending students will benefit from her deep understanding, whatever their experience is.
She will teach in English with simultaneous French translation.
