Working with Disturbing Emotions
Cultivar el bienestar emocional
April 26-28
Taught in English with Spanish translation
Emotional intelligence can be summarized as knowing oneself better, being more sensitive to others and being more skilled in managing emotions and the different situations to which they respond, and it is from there that we can cultivate well-being and emotional balance.
Emotional balance consists of allowing ourselves to feel what arises but without it overwhelming us, and in learning to accept and manage our emotions to live them more freely without being trapped and obsessed.
In this course, Ven. Sangye Khadro offers tools that allow us to improve emotional well-being by responding to circumstances in a more adapted and less automatic way. This will help us to better manage impulses, regulate our own moods, prevent anxiety from interfering with our rational faculties, and more. In addition, it leads to better social intelligence and an improvement in relationships with oneself and those closest to you.
