The Spokane UU Meditation group meets weekly to explore how learning Buddhist ideas and practices can help you deal with daily life problems. Now in its 11th year, the course is practical, the group is welcoming, and the discussion is lively.
People from all spiritual orientations and backgrounds are welcomed.
Through November 4, Ven. Semkye and Ven. Tsepal from Sravasti Abbey offer meditation and Dharma discussion based on the book, Taming the Mind. Ven. Samten joins the team November 11.
Books are available, but not necessary to join in. There is no charge and donations are welcomed.
