Until it’s safe to come out, the Spokane UU course is meeting via Zoom. Check the weekly emailed notes from the class to find meeting info.

Write the office with your questions.

We encourage everyone to take care of each other, and to take advantage of the Abbey’s YouTube channel for Dharma support.

The Spokane UU Meditation group meets weekly to explore how learning Buddhist ideas and practices can help you deal with daily life problems. Now in its 12th year, the course is practical, the group is welcoming, and the discussion is lively.

People from all spiritual orientations and backgrounds are welcomed.

Sravasti Abbey nuns offer meditation and Dharma discussion based on the book, Taming the Mind, by Ven. Thubten Chodron

Books are available, but not necessary to join in. There is no charge and donations are welcomed.
