Join Young Adults Explore Buddhism, for adults aged 18-29, with Ven. Thubten Chodron, offered on Zoom.
No meditation experience is necessary; just an open and curious mind/heart.
Course includes:
- Daily teachings and Dharma discussions with Ven. Thubten Chodron
- Meditation instruction and practice with Ven. Sangye Khadro
- Compassion discussion with Dr. Russell Kolts
- Discussion with participants and Abbey monastics.
