Medicine Buddha is especially supportive for health related issues and restoring peace and harmony.

Medicine Buddha practice also helps to overcome the inner sicknesses of attachment, anger, and ignorance, and supports us to generate and enhance compassion, love, and bodhicitta.

Each one hour session includes a guided Medicine Buddha, dedication prayers, and a chance for brief sharing.
