Mindful Steps to Peace and Happiness
with Ven. Thubten Semkye
Monday, December 13, 8:30-9:30 pm Central Time
(6:30-7:30 Pacific Time)
To have happiness and peace in our lives, we have to create the causes and conditions for them in our hearts. Living our lives with integrity, ethics and consideration for others will encourage those much loved and needed qualities to come about.
Venerable Thubten Semkye shares her experience of how the Buddha’s teachings on keeping true to ourselves and our good hearts brings a deep contentment and peace we can share with others.
