Buddhism is full of lists: the four truths, the eightfold path, the seven-point cause and effect instruction—but how do we put our intellectual knowledge of the Dharma into practice, especially in times of adversity? Venerable Thubten Chodron gives practical advice about how to apply the Buddha’s teachings when the rubber hits the road and our Dharma study is put to the test.
